Isabel was born in the Australian mainland in Melbourne. Her dad is Australian and her mother Swiss. Her family is from Cairns, Australia. They resided within Cairns Australia. With her sister Nina her schooling was in schools in which First Nations and other children of different cultures were included. Isabel lives currently with her family in Byron Bay NSW Australia. Isabel started acting at high school. After graduating from the Queensland Institute of Technology (QUT), she studied drama at the Victorian College of Arts. Isabel has wrapped Sons of Summer recently and is currently in pre-production with Annika the writer-director, who has been awarded numerous times. Isabel supports animal rights, as well as having worked for several environmental organisations. Isabel was a PatronAmbassador for Melbourne's Human Rights and Arts Film Festival (HRAFF) for ten years, up until 2020. Isabel was selected as the face of numerous campaigns, and was also chosen as a brand ambassador because she is an environmentalist and ethically conscious person who is committed to concerns and social justice.
